1. What is your favorite hobby?
A: I keep freshwater aquariums (8 of them at present) with live plants, tropical fish, snails, and shrimp. I’m more into the plants than the livestock!
2. What makes you unique in your profession?
A: A phrase I hear quite often from clients, prospects, and vendors: “You are clearly passionate about what you do”.
3. What do you hope to accomplish in your career?
A: I am allergic to the status quo. I hope to empower employers and their member employees to build better, more sustainable, affordable, and accessible ways to meet their healthcare needs.
4. What are some things on your bucket list?
A: Deep sea exploration in a small submarine. Only with better safety standards than the one that imploded. I want to be a real-life Octonaut!
5. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
A: I am a former professional poker player and was a “sponsored pro” for an online poker site.
