Each DS&P Insurance Services client receives an annual Risk Analysis to evaluate business operations and exposures, gather forecasts of payrolls, sales figures and property values. The analysis includes identifying risks to physical assets, legal liability and injury to employees.
To provide our clients with the correct policies and coverages to address their individual needs, our specialists survey over 25 highly rated contracted insurance carriers. We also access numerous specialty carriers to obtain the coverages or limits not offered by standard carriers. This Market Evaluation minimizes the impact on our clients’ bottom lines by securing the most comprehensive coverage available at the lowest possible cost.
Risk Management Plan
By combining the Risk Analysis and the Market Evaluation, we design a Risk Management Plan unique to each client. Utilizing insurance carrier resources, our in-house personnel and over 30 years of experience, we develop a plan for our clients to avoid, mitigate and transfer risk. Our goal is the continued successful operation of each client following a loss.
To help clients reduce the risk of loss, our in-house safety engineer provides the following to our clients at no cost to them:

- Employee training
- Safety program design and implementation
- Accident investigation
Claim Management and Contract Review
From the 1st report of a loss, to claim closure our claims specialists manage each step of the claim process for clients. We communicate with insurance company claim adjusters to ensure each claim is handled appropriately. We meet with clients to review loss runs and provide claim reviews.
Our contract review specialists review each request for a certificate of insurance and insurance-related client contracts to verify appropriate coverage and protect client interests.
